Volunteer With Us
City Faces is possible thanks to the tireless commitment of our Wash U student volunteers. We accept new volunteers at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters through an application and interview process.
City Faces is a significant commitment and volunteers must be prepared to take on the responsibility of working with children. The time commitment includes attending your scheduled programming day every week (3 hrs) as well as weekly planning meetings with your program (1 hr) and monthly mandatory GBMs. Regular attendance is crucial to building and maintaining bonds with the City Faces students.
We will begin accepting volunteer applications for the Fall 2017 semester on September 5. We strongly recommend that interested applicants attend one of two information sessions:
September 7th, 7:00 pm-8:00 pm in DUC 236
September 8th, 9:00 pm-10:00 pm in DUC 236
